Environmental Changes

The above video is Emile Gautreau, a Metis Elder, who explains environment changes taking place eleven years ago. 
Yes climate changes were taking place even then. He talks about the winds changing and mosquitoes hatching later 
in the season. The prevailing wind always used to be southwest where I lived. Now it is northeast and northwest.
Mosquitoes were still here is late October and mid November in 2023. 

I met Emile many years ago at an outdoor course, part of the Nova Scotia Outdoor Leadership Program. I was impressed by his knowledge of nature, in particular of plants & trees.
