This hike combines both the Le Buttereau and Le Chemin du Buttereau hikes into one – approximately 6.2 km. The French Acadian history continues on this self-guiding trail which was once part of an old cart path. Wildflowers, trees and shrubs have invaded these pastures that were once tilled by the Acadian pioneers (seven families), making an ideal spot for birds and small mammals. This trail provides great ocean views and is an excellent place to watch a beautiful sunset. Elevation 0-65 m.
